Since 1992, Blowfish S.A has been dedicated to the production of seafood, controlling the entire process from capture to distribution. In our facilities, the fish is washed, filleted and carefully selected. It is then quickly frozen at -22°C to preserve its freshness. We have our own registered trademark and carry out rigorous quality controls, including chemical analysis. Our products have the necessary approvals for marketing in the European Union, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.
Our company is located in the coastal city of Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Blowfish S.A main product is frozen hake (Merluccius hubbsi) Filet, Sausages and HGT interleaved or frozen whole, Yellow Croaker, (Micropogonias Furnieri), Sea Trout,
(Cynoscion Striatus), King Clip, (Genypterus Blacodes).
We process fresh products directly in our facilities, where the hake is filleted. It will then be frozen on a plate at -22° Celsius.
The fillet is frozen in blocks at a temperature of -22° Celsius.
We carry out the entire process of our product, from loading the fresh whole, filleted and frozen to then export.
